Gratitude Jar is a web application that helps users practice gratitude by creating virtual "jars" to collect positive thoughts, memories, and moments. Users can share jars with others to build gratitude together.
User Accounts
When you create an account, you agree to:

- Maintain the security of your password
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
User Content
You retain ownership of all content you create in Gratitude Jar, including your gratitude entries and photos. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you and those you choose to share with.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Upload harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content

Intellectual Property

Gratitude Jar is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
